The most important part is that they are material things. Sometimes things happen to us to show us something we are forgetting that is more important. At least you know that it wasn't done on purpose and everyone is feeling as bad as you. Sometimes the greatest intentions are not always the best. You are blessed with the fact that everyone in your home tried their best to find the pieces. Some of us are not that lucky. Your felting is beautiful. Same thing happened to my grandmother....Oh, and PS? Same thing happened to my grandmother. Only it was her engagement ring, and her father, my great grandfather (who was a jeweler) made it for her. She was doing housework, and put it on the kitchen counter, on top of a piece of tin foil, and I guess in her haste she cleaned the counter off, balled up the foil and tossed it in the trash, and thought about it after the fact... happens to the best of us!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
